Two revision rounds are included:
One after the initial build (home page + 1-2 pages), and one final round before launch. Each round includes consolidated feedback, submitted via email or a scheduled call.
Need more? No problem—extra edits or content updates can be booked at my hourly rate.
Client Responsibilities:
Purchasing a Squarespace (Commerce) or Shopify subscription
Registering or providing a domain
Providing written product/service descriptions, pricing, and images
Entering business, tax, and payment details in your account dashboard
Managing inventory, setting up shipping options, and writing store policies. I will provide basic guidance, but full store configuration is not included unless arranged as an add-on.
After the site goes live and our work together wraps up, you'll take over full responsibility for maintaining and running your website—but I’ll make sure you feel confident before we get there.
What’s Not Included in the Base E-Commerce Package:
Tax Setup
I don’t provide tax advice or setup. Each business is responsible for determining whether sales tax applies to their products or services and configuring tax collection accordingly. Squarespace offers built-in tax tools, and I can show you where to find them.
Shipping & Fulfillment
I’ll guide you through basic shipping setup, such as adding flat-rate or local pickup options. However, I do not provide detailed fulfillment support or assist in configuring advanced shipping rules. If your shipping needs are complex, I recommend consulting a fulfillment expert or using a third-party app.
Integrations & Extensions
Squarespace allows for integrations like Mailchimp, Instagram feeds, and other tools. While I don’t offer full extension setup, I’m happy to show you where to access these features and guide you through the basics.
Email Campaigns
Email campaign setup and management (such as Mailchimp or Squarespace Email Campaigns) is not included in this package. If you’d like help creating branded email templates or a campaign strategy, this can be added as an optional service.
Membership/Gated Content
Membership site setup is not currently available through Hatch Studio. If you’re looking to offer courses, exclusive content, or subscriptions, I’m happy to help you explore alternative platforms or create a simplified structure for now.
